How we work

A clear process, minimal drama.

Every project — a Webflow website for a nonprofit, a custom app for a charter school, an internal dashboard — runs through the same five stages. You always know where things stand and what happens next.

no jargon, no surprise invoices, no month-long silences.

01

Discovery

We start with a conversation, not a contract. Who do you serve, what does the site or app actually need to do, and what's the budget? For schools and nonprofits we also map the practical stuff — accessibility requirements, authorizer rules, the content you already have. You leave this stage with a clear scope and a fixed quote.

02

Design

We design the look and structure before writing a line of production code — layout, type, color, and the key screens. You review and react early, when changes are cheap. Nothing gets built until the design feels right to you.

03

Build

Marketing site you'll maintain yourself? We build it in Webflow — fast, accessible, and phone-friendly. Something more? We build a custom app from the database up: real accounts, data, and logic, purpose-made for how your organization works. Either way you see progress as it happens.

04

Launch & handoff

We launch, then hand you the keys. For Webflow sites that means a walkthrough so you can edit text, swap images, and add pages without calling anyone. For custom apps, we document how it all works and train the people who'll run it.

05

Support

Take the wheel entirely, hand it all back to us, or land somewhere in between. Optional maintenance plans keep things updated, secure, and fast — priced for nonprofit and school budgets.

What to expect

The practical bits.

Timeline

A website refresh can be a week or two. A custom app with integrations runs a few months. We give you a realistic range up front — and stick to it.

Pricing

Fixed quotes, scoped to your budget. Small refreshes and full custom builds are very different numbers — you'll know yours before we start, with no surprise invoices.

Working together

You work directly with the person building your project — no account managers, no telephone game. Email a real human and get a real answer, usually within a day.

Ready when you are.
